NEW CITY MANAGER, VALMARIE TURNER!!!!

 

On Monday, December 2, 2024, the Roanoke City Council announced the name of the next City Manager.  Local members of the members of Delta Sigma Theta, Inc. came to the press conference to meet Valmarie Turner, our City Manager (in the middle) and Interim City Manager, Dr. Lydia Patton (wearing a hat).  Ms. Turner will start her new role as Roanoke City Manager on January 13, 2025.
